CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY
Camp registrations that are submitted prior to the
Deadline date pay an "early fee." Late fees are then
charged after the deadline date. DO NOT register over the
phone. All registration forms and fees must be submitted to the
Regional Office in order for the camper to be registered.
If the camper has registered and has to cancel, the
following apply:
The full fee will be refunded if cancellation is made TWO
WEEKS before camp. However, substitutions are acceptable.
THREE-FOURTHS of the fee will be refunded if the
pastor, youth sponsor or parent notifies the Regional office 7 days
before camp.
A partial refund will be made ONLY in cases of
extreme emergency; i.e. illness, accidents, family death.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO CAMPERS WHO REGISTER FOR
CAMP AND DO NOT ATTEND OR CALL THE REGIONAL OFFICE TO CANCEL.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO CAMPERS WHO CALL THE WEEK
CAMP BEGINS TO CANCEL.
Campers who register but have not turned in their camp
fees prior to the start of camp, and either cancel or do not attend camp, WILL
BE REQUIRED TO PAY CAMP FEES.
