3.   The process so far - include a description of the Board retreat - timeline, 
      core values, God's vision for us

4.   Outcome of the Board retreat-What is God calling us to do?  Present the
       vision ideas, ask for additions

5.   What is God calling us to do first?   next?   
        Rank the vision ideas in order of priority
     -group prayer for God's leading
    - individual reading of the list with time for personal  
       reflection - 5 min
     -small group discussion and decision - 15 min
     -what is your group's list of the top 5 priorities for ministry here at our
      church?  Give 5 points to your top pick, 4 points to second pick and so on
      for the top 5 priorities.

6.  Break - during the break the team will gather in another room and tally the
      points for each vision idea.  They will write out on large paper the list of the
     top 5 priorities for the total group (with point totals).

8.   Next steps
     -list meetings and purpose for each one
     -ask for continuing prayer support for the process
     -emphasize the need for all members and friends to be part of the process
     -repeat what was said earlier about God's word for us, a unique calling.
     -give assurance that God will give us what we need (people, talents, income) 
      to be faithful to God's call.
