Evergreen Christian Church
1122 W Rand Rd
Arlington Hts, IL 60004-2341
Evergreen Christian Church is a growing Korean ministry in suburban Chicago . Currently meeting in a nearby Lutheran church, the average worship attendance is 40 people.

Pastor Donggook Roh has created a worship service full of multi-media technology, including a multitude of music and strong Christian education.

According to Pastor Roh, "We are looking forward to our Friday night ministry. We will be teaching English to Korean immigrants and will offer free musical instrument lessons and computer training. We will even have an alterations class."

Evergreen Christian is the second church that Pastor Roh has started. "I wasn't sure I had enough energy to start another church but God called my wife and me here. He has given me vision and new strength. Many of our people are non-Christian and come to Evergreen Christian because they need strength and guidance. They need help with the language barrier, schools, courts and employment ... and we are here for them."  Pastor Roh added, "Our dream is to own a building that is open 365 days a year for community outreach and ministry."
