Please Note: Counselors-in-Training (CITs) pay for Room & Board costs only: $176.00 at Camp Walter Scott - $285.00 at Pilgrim Park. Be sure to include this fee with your CIT Registration Form. Camp Counselor Application Form - Thank you for your interest in the CCIW Outdoor Ministries Program. The CCIW Camping program is looking for Counselors who are willing to honor God, empower youth and spend time growing in their faith through camp leadership! This is a New Counselor Application Form for 2010. This form is asking for more specific information about what age group or grades you feel called to work alongside. It also asks what special skills you have that a director should consider when choosing staff for a specific camp. Camp Counselor Reference Form - Three references are required with the initial Camp Counselor Application and every five years thereafter. Camp Counselor Information 2010 - gives information about requirements for Camp Counselor Application. CIT Application Form - all persons who wish to be a Counselor-in-Training at a CCIW Summer Camp must fill out and turn in a CIT Application Form along with three reference forms. This is a fillable form which you can save to your computer, fill out, and print. CIT Reference Form - Three references are required with the initial CIT application and every five years thereafter.
